Whether you need Full Service wedding planning, Month-Of wedding management or even an A la carte service, our goal is to help execute your event so you can enjoy the experience along the way as well as on the day!

Wedding Day Management
Wedding Day Management Package is for the couple who have a good handle on the planning themselves, but want to enjoy the wedding day, stress free!
We will start working with you about 4 weeks before the big day. We will have an in-person meeting to discuss all the fine details you worked so hard on. We will help you finalize the setup and flow of the wedding, create a detailed timeline, finalize all vendor coordination and wrap up all logistics. In the last month we will also do a venue walk through meeting so we can discuss all of your visions for the day.
BLOOM will coordinate the rehearsal and facilitate entire wedding flow according to your vision. We will be responsible for setting out your special items such as escort cards, cake cutters, champagne flutes, signs, unity candles, favors and any DIY decor. We will oversee set up, assist your wedding party and act as the primary point of contact for your vendor team to insure everything runs smoothly on your big day!
Partial Planning

This package is for the couple who may not have as much time on their hands, or just simply needs a little more guidance with the planning process.
In addition to wedding day management, the Partial Planning package will include more client/planner in-person meetings, vendor meetings and our exclusive preferred vendor list, among other tools and assistance to help keep you and the planning process on track.

The full Service package consists of everything the in the first two packages including.. several meetings, assistance in hiring vendors, booking your venue, budget management, unlimited email correspondence, guidance with all paperwork, help with design, booking hotel blocks, invitation RSVP management and more.
